Description: The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a non-degree, professional exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State. It provides mid-career professionals from designated countries with a 10-month opportunity for professional development in the United States. Unlike traditional academic programs, the Humphrey Fellowship focuses on leadership training, professional networking, and practical experience rather than degree attainment.

- Professional Experience
Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional work experience (as of the application deadline).
-Must demonstrate continuous career progression with experience directly related to the chosen field.
-Not eligible: Recent graduates, current students, or applicants without stable professional experience.
