Description: The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a prestigious non-degree professional exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. Established in 1978, it honors the late U.S. Senator and Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey. The program brings accomplished mid-career professionals from designated countries to the United States for a year of academic study, leadership development, and professional collaboration.

To be eligible for a Humphrey Fellowship Program, applicants must:
