Description: The SMC Foundation Scholarship Program offers a single application process for consideration. Approximately $500,000+ in scholarships awarded from the Santa Monica College Foundation (an endowment that provides proceeds for approximately 300 different scholarships), service clubs and local organizations, private and other off-campus scholarships; provides information on scholarship opportunities from outside sources. This year, more than $1.1 million in scholarships were awarded to support outstanding students.
Eligibility:
- All Majors
- Scholarships for continuing and transfer students available
- P/T (6+ units) and F/T (12+ units) students are eligible
- 2.5 GPA or higher
- Financial need – some scholarships require financial need, others do not
- Students who already have a Bachelor’s degree are not eligible
