Description: The International Undergraduate Scholarship is offered to international students from selected countries who are applying for a Bachelor degree at ECU. The scholarship offers a 20 percent reduction in your tuition fees for the duration of your course at ECU. The scholarships are open to future international students seeking to enrol at Edith Cowan University in a Bachelor degree.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for this scholarship you must:
· be an international student (not an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, or New Zealand Citizen);
· be a citizen of one of the countries identified below:
Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, , East Timor, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Fiji, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malawi, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Monaco, Mongolia, Montenegro, Nepal, Netherlands, New Caledonia, , Northern Island, Norway, Oman, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, , Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, USA, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia and Zimbabwe, are eligible for the International Undergraduate Scholarship;
· study onshore at ECU Joondalup, ECU Mount Lawley or ECU South West (Bunbury) Campus;
· not be in receipt of a government scholarship or industry sponsorship except SACM administered;
· between 6 March 2023 and 13 August 2024, be issued an offer to study an undergraduate degree;
· have not been issued a COE (Confirmation of Enrolment) relating to any ECU course before 6 March 2023;
· meet ECU’s entry requirements for the course and commence study onshore at ECU, Western Australia in Semester Two, 2023, November 2023 (Summer School), or in Semester One or Two, 2024; and
· study in an eligible undergraduate degree (excluding Bachelor of Science (Nursing) C33; Bachelor of Science (Nursing)/Bachelor of Science (Midwifery) (Y76) and Bachelor of Science (Paramedical) K89); Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Studies) Y42; Bachelor of Education (Primary) Y41; Bachelor of Education (Secondary) Y68, Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre) G44, Bachelor of Arts (Dance) G48, Bachelor of Music Honours K35, Bachelor of Music L66, Bachelor of Music W76, Bachelor of Performing Arts Honours W92, Bachelor of Arts (Arts Management) Y20, Bachelor of Arts (Acting) Y93, Bachelor of Performing Arts Y97, Bachelor of Arts Honours C34).
