Scholarship Description: This scholarship is provided to benefit female students of Duval College who can demonstrate ‘all round’ achievement.

Degree Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor degree only) excluding Honours

Available Subjects: all subjects

Eligible Nationalities: Australian citizens, permanent residents and international students

Scholarship Benefits: $5,000

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicant must be female
2. Open to continuing UNE students in their 2^nd year of a degree
3. Academic requirement:A minimum average GPA of 4.0 in their course to date is required
4. The applicant must meet at least one of the following equity criteria:
   1. An Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander student as defined by the University’s Confirmation of Aboriginality and Torres Strait Islander Identity Procedures
   2. The applicant’s residential address must be either regional or remote as defined by the Government Remoteness Tool
   3. Be living with a Disability/Health Condition
   4. Be a refugee
   5. Be from a non-English speaking background

and

Be able to demonstrate financial need

6. Living in college
